Q: Can you ship to the U.K.?
A: I have shipping to the United Kingdom temporarily disabled while I sort out the regulations and duties related to Brexit. U.K. customers, please visit my shop on Etsy: www.epicallyepicsoap.etsy.com
Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Current TAT is about 3 weeks. It may take me a while, but everybody gets their stuff!
Q: Why is TAT so long??
A: Just so you know what's going on behind the scenes, I'm a one-person business doing everything from making the items, cutting and sticking labels, to packing orders. I appreciate every order, and I appreciate your patience, too. Thank you!
Q: What is my tracking number? A: If your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk mail folder folder as it may end up there. You can also click the blue "View your order" button on your receipt to see tracking info.
Q: Where are the custom perfumes?
A: When time permits, I list a limited number of custom perfumes. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to know the next date they will be available.
