TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)
My turnaround times are currently 2 - 3 weeks. Not every order will take this long, but some might. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive in 3-7 business days (U.S.) or in 1-4 weeks (Canada & International). You will receive an email with tracking info when your order ships.
Rush Orders: If you need your order urgently (a birthday gift, for example), please contact me directly.
Your items will arrive neatly wrapped and labeled. Your receipt is printed on 100% recycled paper. For boxes and packing materials I use recycled packaging whenever possible. I even use 100% recycled paper towels to clean up. For some orders, I send out USPS Flat-Rate boxes -- please remove the label and re-use the box.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Attention shoppers in ITALY: Due to shipping restrictions, I can ONLY ship soaps to Italy. All other products (perfumes, lotions, sugar scrubs, lip balms) cannot be shipped to Italy.
